Shadow

The Bellamy Brothers have been making music for over 40 years and have traveled a unique trail to fame. Starting their career in the late 1960s, Howard and David Bellamy played in black clubs throughout the South and sang backup for artists like Percy Sledge and Eddie Floyd. They then moved to the Atlanta market where they were influenced by the Allman Brothers, eventually breaking into the LA music scene. After Jim Stafford recorded David’s hit song “Spiders & Snakes,” which sold more than three million units worldwide, the Bellamys became a part of the LA music scene, playing alongside legends like Bob Dylan, James Taylor, and Van Morrison.

The Bellamys officially took off when their single “Let Your Love Flow” became an instant smash in the US and Europe in 1976, staying on international charts long enough to build a substantial fan base. Their music style, songwriting, and success moved towards country music in the 80s. The Bellamy Brothers are known for their patented blend of rock and country music, and their style has earned them success. The duo created a new category of “duo” in country music, with The Bellamy Brothers being the most nominated duo in both the Academy of Country Music and the Country Music Association Awards. They have also been nominated for numerous Grammy awards.

With their success, The Bellamy Brothers have released over two dozen hit songs outside the US that were never released in the US. Their songs have lined the corridors of musical history with platinum and gold. Howard and David’s success is unique in their ability to match their songs to the international market. As their international finesse grew, Howard and David continue to perform and film TV specials in Europe and around the world. Blake Shelton has helped introduce a new generation of country music fans to The Bellamy Brothers’ hits during his annual Friends And Heroes Tour, where they continue to captivate arena audiences around the country. The brothers play over 200 concert dates each year, calling themselves “old road dogs.”

Country music hit-maker Jason Michael Carroll from Youngsville, North Carolina, is gearing up to release his first new album since 2011, featuring the single “Close Enough.” He’ll be hitting the road in 2016 on a cross-country tour and overseas to perform for the military.

Carroll rose to fame after being discovered at a local talent competition in 2004 and later signed to the Arista Nashville label in 2006, releasing his debut album Waitin’ In The Country. The album produced three Top 40 hits including “Alyssa Lies,” “Livin’ Our Love Song,” and “I Can Sleep When I’m Dead” and soared to number one on the US Country charts, selling nearly half a million copies. Both of Carroll’s following albums, Growing Up Is Getting Old and Numbers have charted on the Billboard Top 200.

He has opened for Brooks & Dunn, Trace Adkins, and Alan Jackson, and was a featured part of Carrie Underwood and Martina McBride’s 2008 tour. He was also performed on Good Morning America, thrilled the crowds at the CMA Music Festival, and has graced the Grand Ole Opry stage on multiple occasions.

Jason Michael Carroll is a consummate songwriter and continues to write and release new material. Carroll remains humble and optimistic about the future, stating, “I don’t take for granted what I’m doing, and I thank God and my fans every day I have the chance to keep doing it.”
