2023 Meramec Community Fair Parade Information
ATTENTION: THIS YEAR ALL PARADE FLOAT PARTICIPANTS MUST SIGN A WAIVER FORM. IF YOU DO NOT SIGN THE WAIVER, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO JOIN THE PARADE FLOAT. NO EXCEPTIONS.
WANT TO BE IN OUR PARADE?
To participate in our parade float, please complete the form and choose one of the following options to submit it:
1. Email the form to us at MeramecCommunityFair@gmail.com.
2. Mail the form to 2 W Springfield Rd, Sullivan, MO 63080.
3. Bring the form with you to the parade, where we will collect it.
2023 FAIR PARADE THEME: "NEON LIGHTS & COWBOY NIGHTS."
Join us for an exciting day at the Fair parade on Tuesday, June 20th, 2023!
The theme for this year’s parade is Neon Lights & Cowboy Nights.
Lineup for floaters will start at 6:30pm, so make sure to arrive early and get your float in position. The parade will start promptly at 7:30pm, so don’t be late!
We encourage all participants to get creative and bring their best ideas to life. Whether you’re a local business, a community organization, or a group of friends, Neon Lights and Cowboy Nights… Let’s get creative!
The Fair parade is a great way to kick off the Fair season and bring our community together. It’s a family-friendly event that’s sure to be enjoyed by people of all ages. So, mark your calendars and join us for an unforgettable day at the Fair parade.
